  • pork tenderloins: 2 piece (12 ounce)
  • bread crumbs: 0.5 cup
  • fresh parsley: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • Parmesan cheese: 0.33333 cup (grated)
  • thyme: 0.5 tsp (dried)
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper: 0.25 tsp (freshly ground)
  • Dijon mustard: 0.25 cup
  • garlic: 2 clove (minced)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange pork tenderloins in the baking dish.

  3. Mix together bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; set aside.

  4. Stir mustard and garlic together in a bowl. Spread mustard mixture over the pork.
