This delicious pecan pie with maple syrup is so easy to make. With a golden crust and a sticky-sweet filling, this simple maple pecan pie will please all of the guests at your holiday table. Using maple syrup instead of corn syrup adds delicious flavor to this holiday dessert favorite. Top with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • pure maple syrup: 1 cup
  • packed light brown sugar: 0.5 cup
  • eggs: 3 piece
  • unsalted butter: 2 Tbsp (melted)
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • ¼ cups pecan halves or pieces: 1 piece
  • unbaked pie shell: 1 piece (9 inch)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place a rack in the lowest position.
