Delicious roasted cabbage! I apologize for not having exact measurements but I don't typically measure. If anybody tries this and would like to give tips on measurements, please feel free!

Ingredients

  • extra-virgin olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • head green cabbage, cut into 4 wedges: 0.5 piece
  • pinch garlic powder: 1 piece (to taste)
  • pinch red pepper flakes: 1 piece (to taste)
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
  • lemons: 2 piece (halved)
