During Ramadan, we often eat these stuffed dates to break the fast. They are easy to make and a delicious treat.

Ingredients

  • pitted dates: 20 piece
  • blanched almonds: 20 piece (toasted)
  • crème fraiche: 1 container (8 ounce container)
  • toasted almonds: 2 Tbsp (to taste, chopped)
