Ingredients

  • peanut oil: 1 Tbsp
  • firm tofu: 1 pound (cubed)
  • head broccoli: 1 piece (chopped)
  • red bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
  • mushrooms: 5 piece (sliced, fresh)
  • peanut butter: 0.5 cup
  • hot water: 0.5 cup
  • vinegar: 2 Tbsp
  • soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
  • ½ tablespoons molasses: 1 piece
  • ground cayenne pepper: (to taste)

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sauté tofu, broccoli, bell pepper, and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
