This peppermint fudge recipe is simple to make, festive, and irresistible! A platter of this fudge was brought to a cookie trade and it went very quickly!

Ingredients

  • nonstick cooking spray:
  • vanilla baking chips: 2 packages (10 ounce packages)
  • sweetened condensed milk: 1 can (14 ounce can)
  • ½ cups crushed candy canes: 1 piece
  • peppermint extract: 0.5 tsp
  • dash red or green food coloring: 1 piece

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick spray and set aside.

  2. Combine vanilla chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until chips are almost melted; remove from heat and continue to stir until smooth. Stir in candy canes, peppermint extract, and food coloring.
