This easy spinach quiche recipe is tasty, fluffy, and easy to prepare. You'll love it. The spinach can be substituted for any fresh or frozen vegetable.

Ingredients

  • light mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
  • milk: 0.5 cup
  • eggs, lightly: 4 piece (beaten)
  • frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry: 1 pack (10 ounce pack)
  • ounces shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese: 8 piece
  • onion: 0.25 cup (chopped)
  • unbaked pie shell: 1 piece (9 inch)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with foil.
