Sweet and sour gochujang chicken is a quick wok dish featuring Korean flavors. Serve over rice.

Ingredients

  • gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste): 0.33333 cup
  • sodium-reduced soy sauce: 4 Tbsp
  • sweet rice wine (mirin): 2 Tbsp
  • honey: 2 Tbsp
  • garlic: 3 clove (grated)
  • sesame oil: 1 tsp (to taste)
  • freshly grated ginger: 1 tsp
  • canola oil: 1 Tbsp
  • skinless, boneless chicken thighs: 2 pound (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds: 1 piece
  • thinly bias-sliced green onions: 3 Tbsp
  • rice: 6 cups (cooked)
