These vegan chocolate chip cookies are yummy, turn out perfectly, and are always a hit with kids — even those who aren't vegan. Add in any other mix-ins of your choosing.

  • coconut oil: 0.5 cup
  • brown sugar: 1 cup
  • almond milk: 0.25 cup
  • vanilla extract: 1 Tbsp
  • all-purpose flour: 2 cups
  • baking soda: 1 tsp
  • baking powder: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • vegan chocolate chips: 1 cup

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
